Processing and shipping:
- All our Faith apparel is made to order, please allow 3-5 days for processing time
- During peak seasons or special promotions processing times may extend slightly,but we will keep you updated.
- We offer standard shipping: 2-4 Business days.
- U.S standard shipping: 7-11 Business Days
Customs & Import Fees
All international Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your local authorities.These charges are the customers responsibility.
Please provide a valid email at checkout to receive tracking and customs updates or courier notifications.
Returns & Exchanges
• Faith Apparel: These are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defects or errors on our part. Our clothing run true to size (UK & U.S sizes match) Please check the chest measurements to find your best fit by referring to the size chart before purchasing.
Tie-Dye Items & Sale Items: All tie-dye items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to handmade nature.
Refunds
• Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items.
•Shipping cost is non-refundable, the customer covers the return shipping cost.
• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package is missing, please contact us, and we will assist where possible.
